1. Recognize yourself.


Setting expectations of yourself that you are ready to do day and night to fulfill.You need to know your positive and negative attributes.All the goodies, flaws you know about.There are two conceptual approaches: One approach is to act according to a scenario that was planned ahead of time, and the other is to act according to how the process unfolds. For example, the second approach is when something has just happened to a child and we discuss precisely what is relevant right now. Is it better to act this way or to go according to a scenario that was planned ahead of time?
Incidentally, pedagogy and psychology radically disagree on this. Psychology prefers the process, “If a person is going through this right now, then this is what we’ll talk about.” And pedagogues say, “No, everything is planned out. Let’s study according to plan.” What’s the right way to arrange this process?

2. Accept Failure


History prove that the basic human element of learning is from experiencing failure. However, the positive element of failure is that you kept attempting despite encountering failure. An interesting aspect of experiencing failure is that as a baby you didn't let anything or anyone dissuade you from trying to walk again, ride a bicycle again, or risk again. But, it would seem that as an young failure takes on a much more significant negative connotation.

Weekly planning is simply organizing events in your calendar before of time.

It gives you an overview of the steps at hand and provides you with monitor it.

Weekly planning lets you know your priorities and keeps you on track.

It’s the art of dividing your time wisely so you would be able to do everything you need to do.

It lets you juggle tasks, even trivial ones, along with long-term projects.

Weekly planning organizes your goals like a ladder, doing tasks one step at a time that would then eventually lead to a greater goal.






4. Think Positive


It goes without saying that, positive thoughts lead to positive results. Surround and energetic yourself with favorable energy and this energetic ambiance will be released into your way of life and day-to-day task

Negativity and positivity have been shown to be contagious. Consider the people with whom you’re spending time. Have you noticed how someone in a bad mood can bring down almost everyone in a room? A positive person has the opposite effect on others.

5. Follow Your Passion


It’s no good doing things that you don’t like. Chose actions that appeal to you and are in line with your values. Pick people to help you that you like being around. Make sure you’re following your heart while not running from the hard issues.  Become a Master in the Art of Living where people can’t tell if you’re working or playing because, to you, you’re always doing both!










6. Keep Going & NEVER Give Up



Life works in cycles and moves to a rhythm. You will have up and downs. When you hit a slow point or things don’t seem to be moving, don’t give up, keep going. There is no such thing as continual rapid advancement and that means your personal development plan needs to be achievable and balanced. Find your rhythm and go with the flow. There’s no such thing as finished personal self development. You can go on learning, changing and renewing for all of your life.



7. Let out your feelings

That idea that we ought to always “express our emotions” has been gaining popularity in recent years.
Bottling up our feelings, we are told, will make us repress parts of ourselves that will come out later in extremely destructive ways.



7. Validate yourself

Probably one of the most important thing you can do in a day is validating yourself. Too often, you forget that you're valuable, and you tend to skip the small but crucial activities that would actually remind you of yourself because you're busy, or because other people need attention. 
Don't validate other people's experiences and then invalidate your own. Girl, you're doing the best you can given your situation. Give yourself the attention that you deserve. You can write on a journal, you can go to a spa, you can meditate—the bottom line is to acknowledge that your time is as important as other people's time. Appreciate yourself, and every thing else will follow
8. Recording Your Personal Development
It is often a good idea to keep a record of your personal development. By writing down key developments in your learning and development as and when they occur, you will be able to reflect on your successes at a later date.This reflection may well help to motivate you to learn more skills in the future. Try keeping a learning log or journal as you develop your skills and knowledge.
